Just a thought here.
If the Democrats get control of either House they will be able to subpoena and publish Trump's tax returns.
The thought alone of having those returns published might make Trump decide to resign.
I would love to see the "great businessman" exposed for the absolute fraud and con that he really is.

The tax returns will show he is not the rich man he claims - BFD. It very well may show IRS fraud, tax evasion but really in light of true traitorous behavior. OH! Wait, tax evasion did put Capone behind bars but it was syphilis that killed him. um

Trump's ego would not be able to stand having the public find out that he is broke and in hock.
