My uncle Anthony died a slow and painful death from inhaling a small particle of this..while decommissioning it from a railway building..and you guys are bringing it back?? Nutz!

Why are we purchasing it from anyone? We have huge piles of the stuff in de-commissioned mines in the US

It was never banned in the USA, but recently the EPA has been easing up the regulations surrounding it! It's no real surprise that at least some of the asbestos used in the US comes from Russia, as Russia mines more than half of all the asbestos used in the world.
