Someone in my local Facebook group posted an article about “bringing prayer back to school.” I commented that as an atheist and a middle school teacher, my prayers might not be very good LOL but I would be happy to facilitate kids who wanted to create a prayer group on their own time. I got a lengthy response from some whack job about how I have to find Jesus and he went on and on and on about finding Jesus. Find Jesus! Find Jesus! So, did I get it right my response? Haven’t read the Bible in a while... sh*t I need to go back and add something about how much trouble I always have finding Waldo...

I do not really have trouble with prayer in school, it is just that we do not have the time. Which religion do you represent, which of the over a hundred, all those prayers all that time when do we do some educating.

Last time I saw Jesus, he was playing party games in Gallilee. You know...walking on water, creating wine varieties...tossing temples....that sort of thing. Does he have a cell phone? I could call....

As I heard it said, as long as there are tests there will always be "prayer" in schools. ?

I hope you didn’t take him seriously. Any suggestion of prayer in schools should be stamped out before it has time to take root.

Those people are unable to think clearly or logically. Don't waste your time on them.
