I was in a shop where one was and I walked up to it and hurt myself bad, took over tow weeks to get back to normal. Did I tell you about the time I tried to put my first through a sheet rock wall. Another time I do not need to reveal my stupidity all at once.

I appreciate your concern. Many people expressed the same caution but I really love it and my instructor has been showing me the best ways to hit without hurting myself. Gotta practice or I'll always suck at it lol.
I take it easy. 10 minutes a night with very weak hits, but even that is better than nothing
@LadyAlyxandrea glad to hear you have an instructor. Now I am afraid to come have meatloaf and do dishes.
