GOOD NEWS ! The ,"Pink Tax," is not completely true ! Recently read an article , which said , in addition to being paid less for doing the same work men do , women are also charged more for "pink ," products . "Pink," products are items such as razors and deodorants that both men and women buy , but which cost women more . Boy , that on top of being paid less , for doing the same work , had me boiling . However , instead of ranting online , I decided to check this one out . So at Walmart's this morning , I compared prices , I found Bic disposable , dual blade, razors for men and women in like sized packages for exactly the same price , I also compared Old Spice with Secret and found that like sizes , by weight of product , were the same price , for the same weight . YEAH ! A younger me , had noticed decades ago that at a dry cleaners , women's blouses cost more than men's shirts , and women's haircuts also cost more than a man's .
