Prepare to document the proselytizing & any negative reactions/behavior or retaliation. Names, dates, where, what was said/done, who witnessed it...etc. put into work emails & email it to your work email & an outside email for a date & time stamp. Any meetings you have about any harassment or hostile work environment take notes, go back to your desk & email a synopsis of the meeting to the person you met with & your send to outside email, again, for a date & time stamp. Request all feedback via email. Makes a lawyers job easier when you've prepared from the get go.
