Side stream smoke exposure was long ago shown to cause disease.

Smoking around anyone of any age is abuse !

Never been a Smoker.

Knowing what we know now about cigarrettes now it has to be a yes. The problem we have is people are generaly slow learners as a group so it's going to take a while to sink in . Plus there's way to much money in it to educate and punisg people

I remember the days that smoking was everywhere.....after a night out even my underwear smellled of smoke. Yes smoking around children is very bad, their immature lungs should not be subjected to cigarette smoke. It is particularly bad for them if they are in an enclosed area like a car with no ventilation.

I do believe it is abusive to do that to anyone!
