I just want to extend a big hug to this site and all the people on it. I was feeling really blue yesterday and the messages and all the people who reached out warmed my heart. I was out with friends later and have a lunch date today but the feels I got here were so sweet and appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, you soulless heathens, you know how to show support and love ❤❤❤
Hey, Girl. I don't give out medical advice anymore, I'm retired. But situational depression is something to avoid. If possible, reduce sugar, alcohol, and any self medication. Get daily exercise, lots of it. Find someone to talk to that you trust, someone who won't be judgemental. Don't sit and mope. The beauty of situational depression is that, unlike clinical depression, it can change drastically with a change in the situation. Here's hoping you get to feeling better and better.
@pepperjones Sorry if I seemed preachy. 35,000 patient visits makes habits hard to change. Glad you are good.
This soulless heathen (aw, shucks) hasn't known you for long, but I can tell you have a generous nature, a passion for living fully and creatively, and a sly sense of humor. Getting to know you has been a true delight! If you should ever need anything, please don't hesitate to hunt me down. It's my pleasure. Be well!
@pepperjones Thank YOU.
You are most welcome. Glad your feeling happier.
