Level 8

A perfect world has already been designed and the coping mechanism is in place already. That mechanism involves looking directly at reality and throwing away the blinders of untrue negative judgments.

oooh undecided because it is really good when you actually find your coping mechanisms for yourself and also if it were laid out for you it might not feel so pleasurable to get to the point of challenging assumptions etc.
