Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Maybe, but as was proven in the UK when war widows and servicemen's compensation claims from WW1 fought for their rights, you can keep these things tied up in court postponements for so long that by the time you do settle the claims (in 2010) in most of the claiments are dead.
