Those other Senators were dead and they served in the Senate longer than McCain.
Many other former politicians were war heroes.
Many other former politicians were not racists.

  2. of course McConnell & other Repubs are not going to rename a building that was named after a racist bigot...its just speaks to them to be in a building named after a segregationist who wanted lynching parties to continue unabated, have Jim Crow be the law of tbe land & live where PoC & poor white trash knew their places.
