I put my right eye out at 6 years old with a chunk of Steel off of a hammer does that count I'm not sure where it rates on the list

@tnorman1236 actually it's the complete truth it's my version of dark humor but yes I've been blind in my right eye since I was six makes it really hard to watch 3D movies let me tell you
