Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Never seen the pyramid form of this but either of the bottom 2 come up in a post/comment and I simply say, " Name calling and personal attacks show ignorance, unless you have something intelligent to add to the conversation shut your fucking piehole ". Sometimes I leave out the word fucking.
