How does holy water work exactly? If I pour holy water into regular water does it all become holy? Or does it all become regular water?

Does the ratio matter? Does it expire? Only holy for 90 days? Valid only at participating locations? Certain restrictions apply? See church for details?

I need to know in case I have to kill vampires

I think the vampire has to be the same denomination as the priest who blessed it and has to be deluded enough to believe in god, holy water, and vampires.

Try using a straw . If you put your finger over the end of a straw and put it in the water , the air pressure will keep water from entering the straw - ie. a hole in the water.
