She pointed out, rightly, that he was on-camera and in public and knew it, so if he wanted to cop a feel he wouldn't do it in that context.

I on the other hand saw a young lady creeped out and trying not to make a scene, and tend to want to validate her feelings in the matter.

I guess I'd want to know more about this "Bishop" and what he normally says and how he normally behaves around women, and whether there's any history of allegations like this. In his favor, he immediately apologized and I'm not aware of any rhetoric from him disacknowledging the young lady's feelings.
