Have you seen any art that has blown your mind that you just really love?
I have seen art that has blown my mind and I remember most of the work but I cannot tell you who did it as it has been years since I have been in a great gallery.
One work that I viewed at the Denver Museum of Art (I think) was Guernica by Picasso, I did not realize it was so large. I found out a couple of months ago that I was looking at a quarter size copy. Really made a difference.
Also have you heard of Fat Cat Art? She photoshops her cat into famous art. Hilarious

Magritte (The Empire of Light, particularly), Picasso, Keith Haring, Caravaggio, Whistler, Van Gogh, Renoir, Degas, Sisley, Toulouse-Lautrec, Ed Clark, Elizabeth Murray, Sigmar Polke, Manet, Monet... Where do I stop? Love the great museums, and the small ones. My faves are The Getty, MOMA, the Guggenheim, the Metropolitan Museum of Art (could lose myself for hours at the Temple of Dendur)... So much art, so many eras, so little time.
@PalacinkyPDX I can see you are a fan of current art. I am sadly uninformed and undereducated about the newest art. I must make my way down to the Portland Museum. They have an eclectic collection of new works, and I need an infusion of new ideas.
@PalacinkyPDX I lived in Manhattan for a time... hence my affection for the museums I mentioned.
