It looks like I have at least a part time job for at least 1 year. I was able to get the community center where I volunteer to partner with the AARP Foundation to pay me for the time I spend helping families pay overdue utility bills, rent or other unexpected expenses. I will also do agency referrals and related tasks for area low income adults. We will be looking into getting it funded and becoming a permanent job in the next year. Plus, I have an interview for an identical position for a small agency not very far from where I live.
