I just heard a little mozart in a tv commercial and it was nice to hear mozart but not THAT way. it was just wrong. it was sung very sweetly by a woman with a lovely voice... but the aria was one that belongs to the queen of night, NOT a nice character, from the magic flute. it's not supposed to be sweet!

What was it an ad for?

Also, damn, but I miss being able to sing that aria.

oh i wish i ever could! i am a fabulous singer, except when i open my mouth.

i don't remember what it was an ad for. the song distracted me! i will try to pay attention and come back and answer. i've only heard it maybe... twice or thrice.

well it took me all this time to see/hear the ad again but finally i heard those tones and quickly turned to the tv and could see it was a car ad. but there was no speaking and i can't see very well and the print was small! which car was it? FINALLY at the VERY end, i could just barely make out the suburu logo. so it's a suburu ad.

Doesn’t matter that the character in the opera wasn’t nice.....the music is !

the music is nice... even nicer when it is sung as it should be. also they made it kind of echoey.

What of Mozart was being sung by her? Inquiring minds want to know.

it's the queen of the night's song, from the magic flute.
