Article about why you should BUY music.

The record companies are greedy. This is why they are after everyone that downloads a song when people doing the downloading only help make more sales in the long run. The record companies do not see this as flattery and homemade CD's do not last that long.
I get the part about "if you don't support the music you love, then you kill the music you love" part. BUT, most musicians don't make much on a CD sale. They might get a dollar for every CD they sell. The record company gets most of it. The way to support a band is go to shows, and buy merch. That's how they make money. Some of the supergroups can renegotiate their contract after maybe 5-7 albums. Or they can make their own record company. This article is simply designed to make the record companies richer.
