Senate Republicans will not allow the FBI to investigate the serious, numerous, and credible allegations against Supreme Court nominee Bret Kavenaugh. Mr. Kavenaugh said that he would welcome any kind of investigation but apparently cannot bring himself to call for the FBI to look into the matter. Not even to clear his name. Can we ever have confidence in this nominee if he will not allow the cloud over him to be dispelled?

He definitely stumbled over trying to say I welcome an investigation and not asking for one. He instead did things like attack the "left wing conspirators" out to get him. That in itself should disqualify him as he has shown he is not an unbiased justice.
