There is no right answer in the options, because there is a mixture, just like anywhere else. But for the most part I think people are included and welcomed so I'll pick that one.

I have found some judgment on issues where it seemed important -- either a post that indicated a deep religious belief or when someone makes a statement that others find insensitive, insulting, or stupid. I don't see the name calling and outright ridicule that I see on other websites. I think this is a group of intelligent, thoughtful individuals who are going to be direct and straightforward in their attitudes and responses. If adults cannot have a discussion which includes disagreement, then this is not a place they should stay.

People are judgmental everywhere, not just this site. It's in our nature.
