If you thought the FBI's investigation of Kavanaugh was justice, here's a twist which may not surprize many people.
While the FBI will examine the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez, the bureau has one week, and has not been permitted to investigate the claims of Julie Swetnick, who has accused Kavanaugh of engaging in sexual misconduct at parties while he was a student at Georgetown Preparatory School in the 1980s.
A White House official confirmed that Swetnick's claims will not be pursued as part of the reopened background investigation into Kavanaugh.

Why? because if she did Brett might be able to prove he wasnt there, maybe he was on vacation with his parents and could provide proof of this. Then Dr Ford would be proven to be the liar she is.

No they said they didn't recall that particular party and were not aware of what may have happened in the bedroom upstairs. If you are restating the statements in this way, inaccurately, then you are overcompensating for your boy as much as he is himself, showing your fear that he is really guilty and you are wanting to color the statements like he did.
@Julie808, with all the parties i attended since the age of 12, i remember 2, maybe 3. How many do other people remember? The fact of whether witnesses remember or not says nothing about the veracity of the victim.
But someone who is attacked and abused at such a gathering, the details would probably be vivid for the rest of their lives if not repressed by burying them in the subconscious to survive emotionally, @gater.
