That rambling tangent he went off on was bordering on psychotic. The fact that it was allowed to continue was madness. He needs help ASAP. I can’t imagine how the right would reacted if Obama had someone dropping F- bombs in the Oval Office one day after a level 5 hurricane hit Florida.
