The Mormons have proxy baptisms (and proxy marriages) for the dead. However, I am pretty sure tht only covers those who lived in between when Jesus died and when Joseph Smith supposedly reestablished the "one true church". I dotn' remember any discussions about those who lived before Jesus arrived to "save" us.

Actually they still perform the convertion after death..talk about fucked up religions..

@Charlene Yeah, I know. I was raised to be Mormon (but it didnh't take), and three of my five siblings are still Mormon too.
