Why can't I upload a photo?
I've attempted it both with the app, and the website. I try almost everyday thinking you might get it fixed while I wasn't looking.
I'm getting a little frustrated.
Please help!

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I had the same issue when I first tried to load photos to my profile. The problem was simply that my internet speed here in the jungles of Hawaii is abysmally slow. The solution is patience. Eventually, that grayed-out box that says 100% will show actual progress, and then your picture should appear, allowing you to rotate it and crop the thumbnail.

Here's the steps to upload a photo:

Go to the main home page and click "Upload photo" link.

Click on the text "Click here" and select a photo from your computer or phone (note: if you're on a computer, you can also drag and drop a photo from your computer).

Once the photo is uploaded, you can crop and rotate if needed.

Being reasonably tech savvy, I had already tried the obvious things, by the way it says "tap here" not click here, and nothing happens except a slight shade change on the button. Got anything else?
