Religion is not an appeal to intelligence. It is an appeal often to emotion, tradition, culture, child hood indoctrination etc. It has nothing to do with how smart someone is.

Boggles my mind. I seriously have to think that brilliant people that appear to believe, are just not out of the closet yet.
