These are the reasons I am sorry Trump is in the White House.

He is a danger to our national security.
He is a danger to the unity of our nation.
He is ignorant of the purpose and methods of government.
He does not understand the meaning of public servant.
He is a crook.
He is unethical.
He is morally bankrupt.
He lies all the time.

Someone once said the difference between Nixon and Trump is that we didn't know Nixon was a crook before he was elected.

Like most of the rest of the world that are not Americans, I’m 100% against him. He’s a bigot and liar of astronomical proportions. He has not acted in the best interest of the American people on any level. The economy appears to be doing well boosted by tax cuts to the wealthy. The average person has not seen any real wage increase. These tax cuts are paid for by borrowing more foreign debt ( mostly to China). Meanwhile, he continues to enrich himself, family and friends with taxpayers money. He placed ridiculously incompetent people in his cabinet just because they were wealthy. AND if all this incompetence wasn’t enough, the moron is “in love” with a dictator and has an an affinity for dictators.
He has done nothing to address healthcare concerns beside attempting to roll back protections for pre-existing conditions. With his obesity and high cholesterol, he wouldn’t even get coverage. But.. he’s rich, he wouldn’t care! What kind of a monster puts a child in a cage? He has made enemies out of his closest allies in the world. It’s hard to believe that this is the best the republicans could literally dig up.

Against. Why? He's a bonehead.

I'm not a political person, I've always just thought he was a douche of a person.. long before he even ran for office. Then again, I think most celebrities that partake in "reality" TV are douches.

Well I’ll just cut to the chase.....I wish he and the rest of his ilk would drop dead.

Out of all of the GOP candidates, I think he was one of the worst. He seems to me to be a complete pragmatist, without consistent ideas.

That being said, here are some things that he's done that I like:

  • Supreme Court nominations
  • Reducing some regulations
  • Lowered some taxes

Here are some of the things that he's done, hasn't done, or wants to do, that I don't like:

  • Increasing tariffs
  • Building the "wall"
  • Not reducing government spending
  • Meeting with dictators in North Korea & Russia and acting as if he can negotiate with them
  • Not reducing enough regulations or eliminating regulatory agencies

It's amazing how much he's gotten done, though. And the fact that he has an excellent relationship with Congress means he can push through his agenda, quickly without resistance!

As he is now a politician I’m against his policies, ideological foundations, and tactics.

Prior to that he didn’t have much impact on the world at large beyond entertainment. So I simply found him to be a boorish, crud oaf whom the mainstream media gave the microphone ten thousand times too many

Against. Because I tend to value honesty very highly. Because he is an asshole who in his previous 30 years before entering politics was sued on an average of about once every three days mostly for not paying his bills and/or breach of contract(s). I simply don't believe he can be trusted.

He can not be trusted. I grew up in NYC. He was a crook then and now. Horrible man, horrid family.

@GreatNani I remember when he was promoting his ghost written book "The Art of the Deal" in the mid 1980's. I didnt' like him back then just watching him (on TV) talk about himself and "his" book. Instinctually I thought he could not be trusted.

@snytiger6 anyone who does not pay the little guy is an asshole!
