When Arnold Schwarzenegger won all the weightlifting contests in younger days a reporter asked him if he and any advice for younger athletes. This is so true and profound I call it the SCHWARZENEGGER PRINCIPLE. It works and it's true. The governor stated emphatically: It's a lot easier to wash the dishes, especially dirty plates, right after using, rather than waiting a couple of days. Obey this principle for a better life.
