"Not voting" is Not a protest, it IS a vote for the status quo.
No candidate will meet all your criteria...choose the 2-3 major items of concern to you & find the best fit.
Oh, wait, to find a candidate who agrees with Everything you want, you Could run for office in 2 years...just a thought.....
