I watched the video clip and Bolsanaro's stances are nearly identical to Trump's. Yes Brazil and the U,S. are very different countries. But the two leaders espouse the same garbage.

@phxbillcee Brazil was going to the same direction as any communist country and full of corruption. The violence taken place was disgrateful.
I don't think an American person that has never lived in a third world country could ever understand the culture and corruption is involved. The abuse on ignorant people - which HAS to vote but has no education.

Yes, Bolsonaro is a far-right; but perhaps we (as Brazilians) need that to clean some of the act from the last 13 years. Then a more moderate candidate is ideal.
I am amazed how the American media portrait him. I guess the media manipulate however they want you to view it.

@Zoohome Far too many stories on his past statements & actions to be just "manipulation". tRump is a piker compared to this guy. We'll see, but I fear the worst, as I do here.

@Zoohome What Americans see from the far right in our country is corruption, no bid contracts, nepotism, good old boy system, racism, misogyny, etc. The stats are out there the gop by far has many more criminal investitgations, convictions and jail sentences. So thru our lens right wing IS corruption. Areas in the southern U.S., investigations have shown have poverty levels equal too or worse than 3rd world countries - fact, and they are all far right gop.
