Los Angeles derives much of its charm from its diversity, both of its people and its amenities—rolling hills here, lovely architecture there, a national forest to the north and legendary beaches to the west. But much of it is in trouble: Sea level rise is coming for Los Angeles County and its 74 miles of coast.

Los Angeles is not the only place this is happening, just look at Miami. That is much worse.

I lived most of my life n Los Angeles. It got overly crowded and way too expensive to live there... and they have to import virtually all of their water. With global climate change, and changing weather patterns, it is very likely they will soon be starved for water. So, seeing th writing on the wall, I left to an area that has plentiful water and rainfall.
