The majority of election fraud is related to suppression, uncounted ballots, and voting machine issues. All of which are committed by the candidates and party officials rather than the voters. Whether from voter fraud or election fraud though, both problems can be resolved by paper ballots and public oversight of the count.
Back in the thick-of-it in Oregon, a neighboring county halted their ‘Hispanic Voter Outreach,’ after years of serious promotion. Their top people gave a numbers presentation to our county democrats showing the hispanic’s serious lack of participation, all US citizens of course. Their interviews and research concluded ‘they didn’t trust government,’ ‘and were not accustomed to voting in their original countries.’
