My 25 year old coworker actually complained to her two workers who work nearly every day that she was just soooooooo not wanting to work FIVE ENTIRE DAYS IN A ROW
Like...like she expected our sympathy....while we work 50-75 hour weeks....
Oh you poor thing....
"But you don't understand how exhausting it is to work 5 days in a row and have to do school AND like cleaning"
Gurl I worked a FULL TIME job in high school AND was in two clubs and sports
Not to mention the fact that currently my body is actually failing, I'm disabled, I'm narcoleptic, and working 50 hours a week
Too bad I can't find my violin.....
@moonmaid Exactly...ha ha ha...I have no sympathy for such nonsense since I worked two jobs while going to college, taking extra credits so I could maximize my tuition fees...and during tax season, often working 70-90 hours a week...it is called WORK for a reason...ha ha ha
Some people are whiners, and make the workplace unbearable for others. I hate folks like that.
That younger generation.
Shes MY generation.
@LadyAlyxandrea That's still younger than me, but I was more thinking of my college age students, some of whom think that they deserve an A for showing up to class. Sorry that you have to put up with that.
she has choices. she can work a full-time job and DO THE DAMNED JOB. she can take a part-time job. she can change her school schedule -- what kind of school, at 25? is she still working on her ged or is she in grad school, and if the latter, what kind of hours does she expect to work in the field that requires her graduate degree? does she think doctors work a couple days a week (before semi-retirement)? how does she vote, anyway? does she know where the weekend comes from? does she pay union dues?

She's in college to become a lab tech. You shouldn't judge what kind of schooling a person is in based on their age nor judge the person based on their schooling. As a 28 year old who would like to go to college that was rude.
She's a spoiled brat though who's only real goal is to be a rich housewife.
@LadyAlyxandrea i wasn't judging. i was asking. there is a difference. my question was bit rude.

I don't get it... I'd go crazy if I didn't do my volunteer work... All play and no work gets boring and it's not good for the mind...
That’s crazy. I have a co-worker who is younger than me and a fit guy. Looks like he works out. But he complained about all the physical aspects of the job we were doing. Weird.
