The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

That is the tenth amendment of the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution. Fine. We need a 28th amendment that equalizes the vote to comport to a standard the will disallow states from messing with the vote.

As we've seen with voter caging, particularly in Georgia presently, Republican states can't keep their hands off of the vote.

we had a protection. it was called the voting rights act. scotus scotched it. we need it back and we need it back NOW.
