Crimea has a referendum to join the Russian Federation. It passes over 90%, independent observers pass the election process. The Russian Federation accept the result. Sanctions are imposed.
Then I read this
[m.jpost.com]
Other news, Netanyahu has taken over as defence minister as the incumbent resigned as Netanyahu's admin is "too left wing". If Netanyahu is a left wing Israeli, I would hate to see a right wing one!
It isn't the first time that NAZIS and Zionists supported one another's interests. US foreign policy and Israel show no respect for people to determine their own future on their own land.
Israel initiated hostilities as an excuse for a huge land grab in '67. The racist Zionist fanatics in charge of Israel's government are the worst regime to date and appear to be doubling down on apartheid and incremental genocide.
So far, Israel and the FUKUS triumverate have failed to convince enough of the world that their false flags are 'evidence' of Assad acting against his own best interests; portraying him as some megalomaniacal monster. Proxies supported in the field are failing, thanks to Russia being a faithful ally. All of this means zero to fanatic Zionists with their avaricious eyes on Syrian real estate and the oil under it. Expect more lies and false flags ahead. It's all they've got.
The election was rigged, Russian soldiers were at polls, and the options on the referendum did not include remaining with Ukraine.
Exactly.
@SkotlandSkye I am a professional scholar of Russia, lived there, and yes, these efforts are absurd to whitewash what Moscow did.
@Skeptic66 Ukraine should have made an effort to keep Crimea and fight against the "invasion" and occupation of their city. They gave up too easily. At least the corrupt Ukranian president is gone now.
@SkotlandSkye Ukraine was too broke and weak. It would have led to a major loss of life. I do not like what Moscow did but Kyiv had little choice.
