Green guacamole salsa!

@SleeplessInTexas now you're pulling my leg ... That's not salsa, that's guacamole ?? ..... I'll leave the best green salsa recipe for another day ?

@SleeplessInTexas holly guacamole !! I see what you did on your first response. Funny ??? Anyhow, best green salsa ever: Green tomatoes (tomatillo) roasted or boiled (very different outcome, both great). If boiled then add onion and garlic, and serrano peppers. Of course salt. Last step and here is the real kick...blend it all with a tiny bit of fresh cilantro. Tacos with this green salsa and lemon, uuuhh huuu....who said diet????? Anyhow, it was fun talking to you. Cheers !!

My wife doesn't like Mexican food. I took her to a nice restaurant in town when she first emigrated here from China. I told her it was spicey food with a lot of beans and rice. She didn't like it at all. We haven't been back to a Mexican restaurant in 15 years 😟

Wow! I never met someone that doesn't like tacos!! Bet she cooks some great Chinese food though!

@rcc0780 she's a great cook. you should try her sushi!

I had a guy ask me out for a steak dinner. I told him That I would go out with him if he took me out for tacos and beer......We dated for for a few months. He only wanted to go to fancy places with posh food. I reminded him that I was a Taco n ? woman. He got pissed. We eventually broke up.

If you were a little closer I'd love to make you some tacos; but if I tried now they be soggy and cold by the time I delivered them, and that's no way to eat a taco! ??

I live in San Antonio, home of the best tacos. It would be a crime for me to make them when I could give you a San Antonio taco!
