Mondays I take my youngest son to piano lessons at 5. It's a long drive, so we eat something before we leave, which means I have to put a meal together at 4 so we can be done with the dishes by 4:15 and out the door by 4:20.
Does anybody else take their children to music lessons at night?

We're vegetarians, so it's easy to whip up a big salad, toast some home-made garlic bread or fry some eggs 
@celticagent it seems to take me longer to cut up veggies and a salad
@AmmaRE007 I have 2 boys I've honed it down to a science!
@celticagent i m just slower i guess lol but i can cook fast. but not that fast
