While I do believe that the police were completely wrong I am not all surprised and if this had happened in Bowie Maryland my reaction would’ve been even less surprised.

We live in a country that took dam near a hundred years to get our government to recognize the descendants of African slaves as being equal citizens even after they’d served in multiple wars on our behalf.

And I’ve yet to find a text book outside of a black college that has the story black Wall Street and the violence that was committed by our government.

So no this sadly isn’t news to me it’s just a different name to a same old story.
