George Bush...the elder... has passed away. What a life he had. Agree with his politics or not, he seemed to be a person who lived to serve his country. I actually met him once. With a bunch of other kids and when it was my time to shake his hand he made me feel like I was the only person in the room.

I met him as well. I think he was a mostly good man. And he and Barbara were a great couple.
