The Classic Holiday Movie 'Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer' Is Now Being Called Abusive And Problematic - Narcity

They pick on Rudolph up until Santa says he needs him... and only THEN do they treat him with respect... so yeah...

I've always hated that movie...

If you listen to a lot of the songs during the 60's/70's (not sure about the movies/shows), and music videos, you will find quite a few of them inappropriate for today. As of yet, I haven't seen anyone try to ban those songs.

Most fairy tales are rooted in then existing social values, and therefore problematic when those values expire....
