Sad thing is if he was an illegal... by the time declared death is a Citizen.
A very dangerous job. Thus is one case Trump most like holds no guilt. Companies almost always hire the cheapest contractor: hope his insurance is up to date.

Mike Rowe did a Dirty Jobs episode about window washing on skyscrapers that had me nervous, just from my couch. The crew chief said they had a hard time keeping people because the conditions make so many uncomfortable. This guy's final moments must have been absolute terror.
