Depends on a number of factors. tRump has McConnell unhappy (ok, extremely pissed) about the continuing resolution. And Mitch was already not happy about withdrawing the troops from Syria. A couple more boneheaded moves like that between now and January 2 and McConnell will be calling Pelosi askig jus how soon she can get the articles of impeachment passed by the House and delivered to the Senate.
