I decided to get a French Press to replace the expensive BUNN coffee maker my ex took with her. Had I known that the coffee from the press was going to he this good, I would have asked her to leave much, much sooner.

Seriously though, perhaps the best coffee I've ever had.

Hay, that's definitely one way to look at it! The bright light and all that. A few weeks back I got an off brand kerig. That made my day. $20 was all I spent, and it made my day.

I have my parent's 65 year old stainless steel drip coffee maker. It's still used in a daily. You pour the boiling water into the top reservoir & it drips through the grounds into the pot below. Can be popped in the stove for a quick reheat. Makes 3 large mugs of coffee or 6 6oz cups.

I also have a French press for hiking/camping.

I used to do cold brew for a long time. Less acidic and less bitter. You should try sometime. ?

@CuriousCreature its tasty. You can make it concentrate and add milk, water or ice for taste. Drink hot or cold.
It's interesting how many ways to make coffee and flavor comes so unique each way

"Division" can be Real Good! If I had known how wonderful life without the ex ("nobody will ever put up with you like I do" ) I would have kicked him to the curb decades earlier!
