Some pretty idiotic replies on here. Certainly is a tragedy for the animal, but this wasn’t intentional. If you feel this strongly about his mistake then you shouldn’t drive, fly, boat, or do anything where you could accidently kill another living animal.

FFS, sharks have been around since before the dinosaurs evolved, they just swim innocently in the seas and bloody humans intrude in their homes.
What a pity the shark didn't grab a quick snack when that half-wit hit the water.
