  1. Trump would not be outside in freezing weather to even see the puppy.
  2. I doubt Trump could "jump" in.
  3. I highly doubt Trump can swim.
  4. Trump would have absolutely no interest in even crossing the street, much less endangering himself, for anyone or anything else.
