My knowledge on "green" is not enough so I can't comment. Now, about free college tuition, Ocasio-Cortés first better fight for student loans forgiveness for all the students that are paying them.
See, according to Bush son's decision all techers who practiced their profession in needy areas would be forgiven $5,000.- for each year they yorked in those areas. I was a teacher in Harlem and in The Bronx but I don't qualify for this resolution because my loans were issued before Bush's tenure.

Unless the government forgives us all those $$$$ I will be the first one to fight again Ocasio-Cortés

BTW, Cortés is spelled with "S" and an accent mark.
