Do you think they will deal with R v W?

Yes I do

@Trajan61 I hope they don't overturn this decision.

@DUCHESSA I misunderstood you. No I don’t think they will overturn Roe v Wade. Even if they did the states would quickly reinstate it. But I don’t think it will be overturned.

@Trajan61 I know the states will reinstate R v W ...but if they overturn it the "prolifers" will grasp such action to fight in pro of no abortion.

@DUCHESSA I totally agree with the Roe V Wade decision but I’ve always thought that issue’s like that should be decided by a vote of the people rather than judges on a court.

@Trajan61 See, when we deal with these cases is better to leave the decisions to people with knowledge -legal and medical. IMHO if we let those who don't know the difference between "a zygote and a fetus"....we will not achieve any positive results

@DUCHESSA I understand.

@Trajan61 thanks. Lack of knowledge is very dangerous.

@DUCHESSA Yes it is and I worry about some of the religous zealots who want to ban all abortions because I have a bussiness associate who is that way. He even wants to force a raped woman who becomes pregnant to be forced to have that kid. When I ask him what his rationale was for that he replied “how can 2 wrongs make a right”. He is very extreme.

@Trajan61 I got the same answer from a friend...so I asked her "What if the raped woman is your 13 y/o daughter?" I am still waiting for an answer.
