For those who still believe that we don't need health reform; this syringe has over $500 worth of medication. That my friends, is ONE injection. I have to use two syringes a month to keep my cholesterol and triglycerides normal (statin don't do shit for me plus I get the pleasure of all the side effects when I take them).

Repatha works wonders, but I would be screwed if I didn't have insurance. I truly feel sorry for the people who either can not afford their medication or can't afford insurance.

This in only one of my high-end prescriptions. If I didn't have insurance I would be spending over $3000 a month for medicine alone.

Sorry for the crappy picture. I haven't been feeling well lately, but wanted to highlight how important it is to have affordable health care for everyone.

The medical field in this country is out of control!?Question;if American scientists figured out how to put men on the moon in less than a decade, why is there still no viable cure for cancer?

I am sorry that this is happening to you and other people in the US. It is simply greed. US is the only western country that I am aware of that doesn't have health insurance for everybody. Even Mexico has.

If I was a capitalist, that is how I would want it.
