Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I work for the government for about a third of my working time, but they make me pay them... So, I don't consider it a shutdown until I'm told that I'm relieved of my forced labor.

Confuses me
In my opinion you'd have as much chance of hearing that as a snowball would have of surviving a bushfire.
