Thanks to an unseasonably warm day here in Chicago, I spent part of my afternoon on two wheels. I didn't expect to get my first ride of the year in on January, but I'll take it.

We have over 200 miles of bike lanes and bike paths across the city, including 26 on the lakefront.
@pasha-one-nine is it safe to cross Michigan AV to get to the Lake Front ?

It was fantastic, thanks. It was a little too late in the day to go to the forest preserve I generally prefer, so I stuck to an urban bike path. It has too many stops/crosswalks, but it was still great to get out.
